I think in chap 364 (or somthin like that) It shows that tobi has the sharingan, but we still don't know if he is a Uchiha yet.

many people have been saying that Tobi is madara because he sayd in manga hes got the true power of the sharingan Uchiha Madaras power
but thats all some kind of trickie way of making people believe hes madara but i think tobi is obito because there are many facts that are prooving it
but well never know for sure until we see it lol TOBI=OBI
